Welcome to our new and improved website. As you can see this section is for members only Extend teachers, Area Directors, Course Directors and Area Administrators.
Here you will find reports from your local Area Directors of Development, details of CPD days, a forum where you can leave messages or make announcements or share ideas and information about anything relating to EXTEND.
We have also included an information section where you can download polices, manuals, updates, etc. In addition there is a new login area where you can add or amend your details, however it will still be necessary to inform head office of any changes of address or personal information that we hold.
There's been many changes made to the website and remember this is all very new to some of you so please do follow the instructions carefully, particularly as you will now be responsible for your own password. We will no longer be sending out an annual members only 'username and password'. The login system will comprise of your own personal login usually an email address followed by a password of your own choosing. If however, you forget your password it can be reset using the request new password tag at login.
Please note login to members section is now available. For login instructions please follow the instructions as per the email, sent direct from our server. If however you have not received an email this is because we do not have a registered email address. Please send us an email with a request to login and we will send you details.
We really hope that you like the new and improved website. We have listened to your feedback and hope that this site will be a really useful resource for teachers to refer to.

Special Announcements
Amongst our trustees there were two resignations in 2009 Peter Jones (trustee) and Hannah Ellis, (Trustee & Treasurer). Working alongside Hannah, was Cath Holmes who assisted with the accounts who has also resigned with Hannah.
Graham Butler has moved to Lincolnshire has resigned as Area Administrator in Northumberland.
On a much happier note Chris Burtt (London & Home Counties Area)and Lynne Berry (N Wales & NW England) have both been promoted to Area Director of Development in their allocated areas starting 1st January 2010.
We are sorry to announce the resignation of Jill Tomlin Administrative Assistant at Head Office. Jill joined EXTEND in October 2004. A collection and a card was presented on Jill's last day 18 February 2010. Photos of the occasion coming soon.
